Greek Tzatziki Sauce

Tzatziki Sauce

14 oz greek, plain yogurt
1 regular or english cucumber, grated finely
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. minced fresh dill
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Grate cucumber, and press the juice out of it in a sieve.  
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.  Keep cold.
